When you submit a quote request through our website, we share your details with an MCS-certified solar installer in your local area. The installer will contact you directly with a personalised quote. You are under no obligation to accept any quote.

3. No Cost to You

Our service is completely free for homeowners. We are paid a referral fee by the installer partner when they receive your enquiry. This fee does not affect the price you pay for any solar installation.

4. Eligibility

Our service is available to homeowners in the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. By using our service, you confirm that you are a homeowner (or have the homeowner's authorisation) and are genuinely interested in receiving solar panel quotes.

5. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when completing our quote request form. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a quote request if we believe the information provided is false or misleading.

6. Installer Relationships

Our installer partners are MCS-certified. However:

• We do not guarantee the quality, price, or availability of the installer's services
• Any contract you enter into is between you and the installer directly
• We are not responsible for any installer's workmanship, products, or after-sales service
• We recommend checking installer reviews before committing

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolarMatch UK shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or any interaction with our installer partners.
